Tarragona, Spain (PortSEurope) October 31, 2018 – Catalonia’s Territory and Sustainability Minister Damià Calvet has chosen Josep Maria Cruset as president of Autoridad Portuaria de Tarragona (APT – Port Authority of Tarragona).
