Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) is a German logistics and transportation company specialising in port throughput and container and transport logistics. In November 2024, Port of Hamburg Beteiligungsgesellschaft SE, part of MSC Group, announced the completion of its voluntary public tender offer for 49.9% shares of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik Aktiengesellschaft (HHLA) and the establishment of the joint venture with the City of Hamburg which controls 51.1% of the equity.
