In November 2024, Port of Hamburg Beteiligungsgesellschaft SE, part of MSC Group, announced the completion of its voluntary public tender offer for 49.9% shares of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik Aktiengesellschaft (HHLA) and the establishment of the joint venture with the City of Hamburg which controls 51.1% of the equity.
