Romania
Romania is a country in Southeast Europe which borders Hungary, Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria and Serbia. Its primary seaport is Constanța on the Black Sea coastline. Its profile has risen in recent months as it has become one of the focal points for the exports of grain from Ukraine. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has closed all Ukrainian seaports.
