Durrës
The Port of Durrës is the largest seaport of Albania, Southeast Europe. It is country’s leading cargo and passenger port. Controversially, the Albanian government is planning to relocate the current port northward to Porto Romano area and redevelop the site as a luxury marina, putting Albania on the Mediterranean luxury marina network map. Albania is on the current agenda for future enlargement of the European Union.
