Olya is situated at the North of the Caspian Sea on the Volga estuary, SW of Astrakhan, Russia. It is located in the mouth of the Volga River in the Bakhtemir branch. The water area of the seaport of Olya is adjacent to the water area of the seaport of Astrakhan.
