Ceuta, Spain (Ports Europe) September 20, 2017 – Ceuta port authority (Autoridad Portuaria de Ceuta) has signed a €920,000 ($1.1 million) agreement with Spanish company Navantia Sistemas for the provision of a system for monitoring and control of the harbour.
