COSCO SHIPPING Ports acquired 51% in 2017 from TPIH. The company, then called Noatum, was renamed CSP Spain.

CMA CGM, which employs 470 people in Spain and Portugal with eleven offices, is already present in the terminals through its 50% stake in the second terminal in Algeciras, Total Terminal International Algeciras (TTIA), acquired in the summer of 2020.
