Marseille, France (PortSEurope) March 15, 2023 – The French shipowner CMA CGM is to take a 12% stake in Brittany Ferries, by converting a loan into equity. In September 2021, CMA CGM agreed to make a €25 million investment in Brittany Ferries, including €10 million in quasi-equity.
