Naples, Italy (Ports Europe) July 20, 2021 – Grimaldi has completed the €375 million agreement to acquire assets of the Iberian shipping company Navieras Armas Trasmediterránea to acquire assets of the Iberian shipping company. The assets include five ro-pax ships Ciudad de Palma , Ciudad de Granada , Ciudad de Mahón , Volcán del Teide and Volcán de Tijarafe, together with around 400 employees….
