Koper, Slovenia (PortSEurope) December 6, 2018 – Luka Koper has lost a lawsuit against Italian company Costruzioni Generali Xodo Srl, which was hired to execute dredging works in the harbour’s area. The Slovenian port operator had demanded a €1.1 million compensation, claiming that the dredging company accumulated massive delays, which forced it to terminate their cooperation in 2014….
