Novorossiysk, Russia (PortSEurope) October 13, 2018 – In January-September 2018, Russian seaports handled 604.2 million tonnes of cargo (up 4%, year-on-year), reported the Association of Commercial Sea Ports. Operators of seaports in the Black Sea Basin handled 205.5 million tonnes (+5.2%) including 91.7 million tonnes of dry bulk cargo (+9.4%) and 113.8 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (+2.0%)….
